Prof. Sheerzad Mohammed Jaro (Member)<br \/>\n&#8211; Prof. Huda Hameed Abdulhussain (Supervisor)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The study aimed to develop a set of rebound exercises using the Fitlights device and some tools consisting of elastic ropes, and to determine their effect on certain physical capacities (explosive power of the legs, speed-strength, transitional speed, motor response speed) and biomechanical variables (knee angle in defensive movement, transition time in defense against passing, transitional speed in defense against shooting, power in defensive pursuit), as well as defensive skills (defensive movement, defense against passing, defense against shooting, defensive pursuit).The researcher used an experimental method with two equivalent groups (experimental and control) and pre-test and post-test designs to suit the nature of the problem to be solved.
