On Sunday, May19, 2024, the esteemed President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, visited the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences to inspect the final examinations for the academic year 2023-2024. He was welcomed and accompanied by the Dean of the College, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, along with other members of the College Council. The visit included a tour of the examination halls, where the President met with students to ensure that an appropriate environment was provided for taking the final exams. He also examined the student distribution in the halls according to their capacity and the allocation of invigilators in proportion to the number of students. The tour also included a visit to the camera monitoring committee to review its operations. Furthermore, the President visited the examination committees (Grade Submission Committee) and reviewed both paper and electronic exam records. He listened to the committee members explain the procedures for grade entry and verification. He also examined the exam question samples to ensure they met the required standards. Additionally, he visited the Exam Booklet Committee to understand the process of preparing and organizing exam booklets according to the final exam schedule. He also visited the committees responsible for correcting the exam booklets.<\/p>\n

At the end of the visit, the President praised the excellent organization and preparation for the final exams, commending the work of the College Dean, the examination committees, and the high level of organization. He appreciated the efforts of the College Council, the significant role of the faculty, and all the college staff who contributed to the successful conduct of the exams, wishing the students success in their examinations.<\/p>\n
