On Wednesday, May, 2024, a master\u2019s thesis titled “Smart Leadership and It\u2019s Role in Organizational Culture of the Iraqi Basketball Federation and the Management of Championships and Matches from the Perspective of Staff” at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences\/ University of Baghdad by the student Khayriya Saleh Sahan within the field of Methods of Teaching\/ Sports Management\/ Basketball.<\/p>\n

The examination committee consisted of the following members:<\/p>\n

– Prof. Laith Fares Jameel \/ Chairman<\/p>\n

– Assist. Prof. Yassin Ali Khalaf \/ Member<\/p>\n

– Dr. Ali Kamal Hussein \/ Member<\/p>\n

– Prof. Wasan Hannoun Ali \/ Supervisor<\/p>\n

– Prof. Tamadur Abdulaziz Mohsen \/ Supervisor<\/p>\n

The research objectives involved constructing scales for smart leadership and organizational culture in organizing championships and matches of basketball and their staff, identifying the level of smart leadership and the organizational culture organizing championships and matches of basketball from the staff perspective, understanding the contribution of the smart leadership to the organizational culture for organizing championships and matches of basketball from the perspective of those involved in their management. The descriptive approach with correlation relationships was adopted the sample deliberately selected at 100% from the original community of continuous workers in their administrative formations for the sports item (2023-2024), distributed naturally among presidents and members of sub-federations, committees, local referees, and coaches and administrators of clubs in 14 Iraqi governorates, excluding the Kurdistan Region governorates, totaling 557 individuals. They were treated as a single college sample, and then divided into three phases (exploratory, construction, and application). After completing the steps of constructing the research scales with field procedures and statistical treatments, the opinions of the application sample individuals, totaling 267 employees, were surveyed.<\/p>\n
