Prof. Dr. Ahmed Thari Hani. The discussion panel consisted of Prof. Dr. Hameed Abdul Nabi Abdul Khadem as chairwoman, Prof. Dr. Ali Mohammed Jewad Ahmed and Inst. Dr. Ali Kamal Hassan as members and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Thari Hani Lazem as supervisor<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">The discussion was held in the presence of professor Dr. Sabah Qasem the dean of the college and the Dean\u2019s Assistance for scientific affairs Dr. Mohammed Abdul Hussein. The study aimed at constructing scales for visionary leadership and organizational prosperity of athletic championships from coaches\u2019 point of view. In addition to that, it aimed at identifying the relation between visionary leadership and organizational prosperity of athletic championships from coaches\u2019 point of view. The researcher recommended encouraging freedom of speech and adaptation of new ideas as well as educating the Iraqi Athletics federation about visionary leadership.
