In presence of the Dean, professor Dr. Sabah Qasem, the dean\u2019s assistant for scientific affairs professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Hussein the discussion of the master student (\u00a0 Ahmed Hamed Hussein ) was held on Monday\u00a0 24\/7\/2023 under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Meki Muhdi. The thesis entitled \u201cStrategic Clarity and its Role in Organizational Excellence Of Sport Clubs\u2019 Administration Bureau from The Coaches Point of View\u201d <\/strong>aimed at identifying the reality of strategic clarity and organizational excellence for sport club administrative bureaus from the coaches\u2019 point of view. It also aimed at identifying the percentile of strategic clarity contribution in organizational excellence for sport clubs\u2019 administrative bureaus<\/p>\n

The researcher used the descriptive method on (121) sport clubs\u2019 coaches of some Olympic and non-Olympic games in Baghdad. The data was collected and treated to conclude that administrative bureaus lack strategic clarity in their works as well as strategic clarity plays an integral role in organizational excellence. Finally the researcher recommended holding workshops, symposiums and training courses in the ministry of Youth and Sports or Ministry of Higher Education that aims at strategic clarity and organizational excellence<\/p>\n

The discussion panel consisted of Prof. Dr. Salah Wehab Shaker as chairman, Asst. Prof. Dr.Jasem Ali Mohammed, and Asst. Prof. Dr.Hussein Khmais Hussein as members<\/p>\n
