In presence of the Dean, professor Dr. Sabah Qasem, the dean\u2019s assistant for scientific affairs professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Hussein the discussion of the master student Ahmed Nezar was held on Monday 17\/7\/2023 under the supervision of Professor \u00a0\u00a0Prof. Dr. Rafaa Salieh Al Qubaisy. The thesis entitled \u201cthe Effect of Taking Nutritional Solution On The Balance of Some Blood Biochemical Elements After Weighing Process for Advance Wrestlers\u201d <\/strong>aimed at making a nutrition solution that compensate the wrestlers\u2019 weight loss after a rapid weight loss process as well as identifying the effect of this solution on blood components. The study also aimed at identifying the differences in physical variable levels before weight loss and after achieving the desired weight and taking the solution. The researcher used the experimental method on (9) advanced wrestlers participating in the Iraq championship for advanced wrestling clubs. The data was collected and treated using SPSS to conclude that taking this nutrition solution has a positive effect in compensating sugar in blood, vitamin 12B, as well as Na, Cl, K, Mg, Ca, Ph, LDH, CPK in blood and restoring balance and heart pulse to its normal rate. Taking nutrition solution also have a positive effect on restoring physical fitness components to their normal level after the weighing process<\/p>\n

Finally, the researcher recommended using this soluble nutrition solution two hours prior to competition, in other words, after the weighing process to reduce physical, psychological, and physiological fatigue that results from weight loss<\/p>\n

The discussion panel consisted of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Khadem Khalif as chairman, Prof. Dr. Ammar Mosa Abbas, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ghasan Adeeb Abdul Hassan a member and Prof. Dr. Rafaa Salieh Al Qubaisy a supervisor<\/p>\n
